ELECTRIC POWER
The 20 MVA Substation is expandable to 60 MVA, with 115 kVA lines and 6 medium voltage circuits, each one with 5,000 kVA at a power of 13,800 V. The substation is in operation and has been duly delivered to the Comisión Federal de Electricidad (Federal Electricity Commission).
WATER SUPPLY AND DRAINAGE
The drinking water supply source, a water well, has a capacity of 56 l.p.s. (liters per second). The quality of the water is within the limits established in the official Mexican standard NOM-127 -SSA1-1994, complying with the characteristics for human consumption. The average water temperature is 22 degrees Celsius.
TELECOMMUNICATIONS
The industrial park has been equiped with the appropriate facilities to install fiber optic connections, which are of vital importance within the connectivity infrastructure so as to guarantee access to the Internet and online services.
NATURAL GAS
We have a natural gas supply committment letter on behalf of a distribution company with its corresponding approvals. The authorized natural gas suppliers are Igasamex, Engie de México and Fenosa.

SEWAGE/DRAINAGE SYSTEM
There are two independent drainage networks; one for rainwater and a separate one for handling wastewater.
Each company will install its own wastewater treatment plant based on its industrial processes and will discharge the treated water in accordance with the Official Mexican STANDARD NOM-001-SEMARNAT-2021, that establishes the permissible limits of pollutants in wastewater discharges into receiving bodies of water owned by the nation.
The sanitary drainage network is 38 inches in diameter, with 10 inch diameter PVC connections to the industrial lots. The rainwater drainage network is 48 inches in diameter, with 20 inch diameter PVC connections to the industrial lots. There are two pumping stations for wastewater and one for rainwater.
